A Peninsula native with deep, firsthand knowledge of the neighborhoods he serves, Mike Wilson is the founder and principal broker of Wilson Capital Advisors, an independent commercial real estate brokerage serving the entire San Francisco Bay Area in partnership with ReeBroker Group.
Mike's foundation in the business comes from working directly alongside some of the most esteemed investment real estate brokers in the Bay Area, giving him hands-on training in underwriting, negotiation, and deal execution well beyond what most brokers bring to their first years in the business. That grounding, combined with a lifetime spent in Peninsula communities, gives Mike a level of market fluency that's difficult to replicate — he doesn't just know the comps, he knows the blocks.
Mike graduated from Saint Mary's College of California with a degree in Political Science, where he developed the analytical and negotiation instincts that now shape how he approaches every transaction — treating each deal as a negotiation to be won for his client, not just a listing to be filled.
